Products are made from materials such as OEKO-TEX 100 certified cotton, GOTS-certified organic cotton, Merino wool blended with silk, and pure cashmere. These materials are chosen for their softness, breathability, and hypoallergenic properties, making them ideal for delicate baby skin.

We offer a range of sizes for babies and toddlers, typically from size 50 (newborn) up to size 104 (approximately 4 years old). We do also offer limited collections of clothing for children age 5- 8 years old. Specific size availability may vary by product. When selecting sizes, it's important to consider that some products may run slightly smaller compared to popular mass-market brands. For newborns, size 56 is often recommended for the hospital outfit, unless you anticipate your baby being exceptionally small or large. Babies typically outgrow size 56 within 2 to 5 weeks. It's advisable to have a few sets in size 56 for the initial days, while the rest of the wardrobe can be in size 62. Always check the product’s measurements in the size chart provided on the product page and compare them with clothes you already own. Keep in mind that new garments may shrink by up to 8% after the first wash.

To maintain the quality and extend the life of Dear Gaia's clothing, follow these care guidelines:

Cotton Products: Wash at 30°C with a mild detergent. Do not tumble dry, bleach, or dry clean. Iron at a maximum temperature of 150°C.

Merino Wool and Silk Products: Hand wash or use a wool cycle with a gentle wool and silk detergent. Avoid high temperatures and harsh chemicals to prevent damage. Find out more in our guide.

Cashmere Products: Hand wash in lukewarm water and lay flat to dry. Handle with care to maintain the softness and shape of the fabric.
