Shipping conditions

1. Our terms of delivery

As soon as we hand over your package to the post office, you will receive a notification from us via email. From that point, you can track your shipment using the post office's tracking number. In most of the cases, your package should arrive within 3-5 business days during the week. If a weekend falls in between, it may take a little longer. Please make sure to check the availability information of the items during the ordering process or in the product description. Seasonal delays, due to high order volumes, may unfortunately occur. In any case, we will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible and inform you of any potential delivery delays.

2. Scope

Orders are shipped from Switzerland using our logistics partner, Swiss Post, and are only delivered within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Shipping to other countries is not possible. 

3. Shipping costs Switzerland

For our delivery within the whole of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, you pay a shipping cost share of CHF 8.00 (Economy). There are no shipping costs for orders with a goods value of more than CHF 150.00. Express deliveries are not available.

4. Failed deliveries

Packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be reshipped after payment of the shipping costs. Dear Gaia does not check delivery addresses and assumes no responsibility for their accuracy.
